Estate Planning Comment of the Week

WEEK OF: October 22, 2006 ESTATE PLANNING FOR SINGLES Many single individuals, both young and old, think estate planning isn't necessary. However, estate planning may be MORE necessary for singles than for married couples! You may want to use a revocable living trust for your estate planning. If you don't want or can't afford a living trust, we can prepare a last will and testament and a durable power of attorney for you. The will can state your intentions regarding the distribution of your estate and the durable power of attorney can protect you and your estate if you become incapacitated. If you're single, do your estate planning NOW. Tomorrow may be too late! |
